Downloading Games to your PSP
With technology changing so rapidly it is very hard for game players to keep up with the latest trends, not to mention expensive. Consoles alone will cost at least $300 to $500 and then you still need games which are ridiculously expensive at $40 to $70 each.
Most of us can't afford the latest games as they come out, and often it can be a big expense to get any at all. But there is a way around this, where you can get the best games for your psp without spending a dime.
You may not know that you can download as many psp games as you want, all for free. I am going to teach you how, so just follow these 6 easy steps.
1.) Purchase a memory stick. You will need a generous amount of free space. Don't bother with the original 32 MB, you won't be able to download games or watch movies with this! I would recommend at least 2 GB memory.
2.) How to download the games to your computer. Ensure that what you are downloading is the full version and not just shareware. After you have downloaded your chosen games to your computer it is time to transfer them to your psp.
3.) Unzip the files. The games will very likely be compressed in a zip file when you download them. Use Winzip or a similar free software to unzip the files.
4.) Use a USB cable to connect your psp to your computer. Firstly make sure that the psp is is usb mode, otherwise the games will not download. Do this by pressing the HOME button and scrolling to the section that says SETTINGS. Look for USB CONNECTION and press x. Your psp is now ready for your to transfer the files.
5.) Transfer the game files to your psp. Be sure that they go into the folder called games or they will not be able to be played.
6.) Play your games and enjoy! This is very easy and you will find thousands of the latest games on the Internet for your psp.
